Morgan Kapyala Phiri, best known as The Syndicate, is a solo music artist who specialises in the House/ Dance, Hip-hop, VaKwatu genres. Not only is he a recording artist but he is also a music producer who has worked with artist such as Sunny Boy and Cyberspace. He is cur?rently affiliated to Elvo Studio as a producer and has also worked on big projects such as the Cell One Road to Fame as a trainer and pro?ducer and with various Yaziza Al?bum launches as a producer and performing artist.
Propelled by Zambian traditional musical expressions, Morgan start?ed as a mere birthday party DJ and built his music career through self-training to program instruments, record vocals and uniquely com?pose different genres of music with the hope to become a producer, artist and master of his style with a rare ability to re-invent various flavours during the past decade of his musical career. With a long list of productions of various artists from different countries and conti?nents, he has built a reputation for a unique identity and approaches were music production and vocal collaboration is concerned.
His upcoming album, yet to be released, is tittled?VAKWATU Dance Rhythms Phase 1? is a 13 track album with a variety of Zam?bian dance Rhythms including the popular hit single ?My New Item? his first local single now with local radio stations.
With his amazing display of tal?ent, The Syndicate has proven to have a promising career in the mu?sic industry.
